Description

This is a cool species that can get big! The leaves form a fairly tall rosette. This one has bloomed somewhere between 3-4 feet tall for me. The leaves are more green than the silvery-gray leaves of Tillandsia guenther-nolleri from the type location down at sea level. This one comes from Michoacan a little above 3000 feet elevation. Even the pups are tall on this one, so it will take a larger box.
