Description
This clone of Aechmea nudicaulis var aureorosea comes from the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. It has the SEL95-0072 number from Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. it is a really curious plant with brown spots that are sometimes dense enough to look like the spots on cows! And being the aureorosea variety, the inflorescence has a great punch of color with everything red except the tips of the petals being golden yellow.
