Description

This species of Deuterocohnia is a small, graceful plant. Collected by Dennis Cathcart in Chiquisaca, Bolivia. It has been suggested it is a Deuterocohnia longipetela, but I suspect it is a distinct species. it produces a relatively long scape compared to the size of the rosette, it reblooms on the stalk for many years like other scape-producing Deuterocohnia. Petals start green and the second day they are more yellow.
