Ursulaea tuitensis x Billbergia viridiflora

Description

I made this curious hybrid after several attempts. The reverse cross is essentially identical. Slightly more tubular than U. tuitensis, but more succulent than B. viridiflora. The petals are intermediate between the dark purple flowers of U. tuitensis and the green ones from B. viridiflora. Growth habit is intermediate, but both produce offsets on lateral fattened stems (not truly stoloniferous).
